That is exactly what we're building at ViaSlim right now for psychological psychotherapy in obesity, and you help shape it. You work under the professional guidance of an experienced head and closely with a medical team specialised in obesity and metabolic medicine.
Who we are
ViaSlim is Switzerland's first hybrid centre for obesity and metabolic medicine and an accredited obesity centre with locations in Zurich, Basel-Binningen and Bern, complemented by video consultations and our own app. Eating behaviour, emotion regulation and weight stigma are clinical topics for us, not side issues.
What awaits you
- Individual psychotherapy for adults with obesity under the prescription model (Anordnungsmodell), on site and by video consultation
- Planning, documentation and reports for your treatments
- Case discussions and coordination with the prescribing physicians and nutrition counselling
- Helping build the psychological psychotherapy service
What you bring
- Master's degree in psychology (recognised in Switzerland)
- You are already enrolled in psychotherapy training
- Very good German (at least C1)
- Willingness to work regularly on site at one of our locations
- Careful, self-reliant way of working and an appreciation of clearly structured processes
What we offer you
- Regular supervision and case discussions
- Contribution to your training with a cost allowance and training days
- CHF 80’000 gross per year at 100%
- Working hours Monday to Friday, no weekend, night or on-call duties
- Flexible split between on-site work and video consultations, 60 to 100%
- 5 weeks of holiday, 6 weeks from age 50
- Room to shape a brand-new service
- Workplace in Zurich or Basel-Binningen, easily reached by public transport
